Manager Human Resources

The National Commercial Bank of Anguilla (NCBA) is seeking a Manager Human Resources
with proven ability in the banking sector to develop and grow the Bank.

As the Manager Human Resources, you would be overall responsible for strategically
coordinating and leading the administration of the Human Resource functions, developing and
implementing human resource strategies and policies to assist the Bank in achieving its goals,
in alignment with the relevant Labour Legislation, and internationally accepted HR standards
and best practices.

We are seeking an individual with a proven track record of demonstrating strong interpersonal
and communication skills, is highly ethical, exercises sound/prudent judgement, has experience
with change management, policy development and implementation, and corporate culture
development, with a view of assisting the organization with meeting its current and future goals
and objectives, through its human resources.

The successful candidate should possess:

  • A Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field from a duly
    recognized academic institution OR a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources along with
    an HR certification from a recognised body such as the Society for Human Resource
    Management (SHRM).
  • Additionally, the candidate must have a minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in Human
    Resources, at least five (5) of which should be at a managerial level of a financial
    institution.
